How it works:

Apply to the college, listing Health Science (Pre-Health Science) as your major and select an option/concentration.

Employment verification - provide a letter from your employer (HR or supervisor) verifying current employment. It

must be signed and on letterhead. It should be emailed to Vicki Gentzel - vlgentze@hacc.edu. If self-employed,

signed and on your own letterhead stating self-employment.

Paperwork processed for 30 (free) AH credits (and credit for FYS) to be used toward the Health Science degree.

30 AH credits may or may not transfer to other schools. If you plan to continue for a bachelor's degree,

contact school/s you plan to attend for guidance.
