Terms of Reference

The term "Participant" shall include all representatives any organisation to whom space has been allocated for the purposes of participating in the tour ;OL[LYT¸6YNHUPZLY¹TLHUZ4LKPJHS+VVY^H`3PTP[LK

.The term "Tour" shall mean the event(s) referred to in the form above including online events and the road show tour

The term "Contract" means the contract for participation in the tour entered into between the Organiser and the Participant.

1. Breach of Contract and/or withdrawal by

Participant(s). If a Participant(s) withdraws from the Tour Participant will incur the following charges: *HUJLSSH[PVU^P[OPU¶KH`ZWYPVY[V[OLZ[HY[VM[OL[V\YVMM\SSJVZ[ZWH`HISL .Cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of the event- Full cost payable.

2. Payment and invoicing. Bookings will be invoiced

immediately and payment will be due 30 days after the invoice date.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the

itinerary and duration of tour. In the event of change, the agreement to participate shall remain in force so long as the participant is informed at least one week prior to

such a change-taking place.by the Participant directly or indirectly attributable to cancellation, suspension or reduction of the Tour due to:
