The four-year plan is a suggested curriculum to complete this degree program in four years. It is just one of several plans that will work and is presented only as broad guidance to students. Each student is strongly

Requirements for graduation include a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.00 overall and in the major, a grade of C or better in all courses required for the major, including prerequisite courses, 120 credit
hours, which must include both a minimum of 30 credit hours overall and 12 credit hours in upper-level courses in the major program from Old Dominion University, completion of ENGL 110C, ENGL 211C or 221C
or 231C, and a writing intensive (W) course in the major with a grade of C or better, and completion of Senior Assessment.
CET 120 = CAD 114, 115, 140, 151, 152, 201, 202, 203, 231, 232, 233 EGR 110, 115, or 111+112.**Declaring a concentration is not mandatory. However, if a concentration is declared, at least three courses must be taken from that concentration area. The core electives are CET 445, CET 460 and CET 465 for
Construction Management; CET 325, CET 332 and CET 420 for Site Development; and CET 400, CET 405 and both CET 410 and 450 for Structual Design. The remaining two courses can be taken from any of the
other available concentrations.This 4-year plan does not include 6 credits in Language and Culture, but this requirement may be waived; see ODU catalog for details.
