fromȱcaseȱtoȱcase,ȱdependingȱ onȱtheȱcomplexityȱofȱtheȱindividualȱcase.ȱPhysicalȱmeetingsȱofȱtheȱadvisoryȱboardȱareȱscheduledȱminimallyȱonceȱperȱyear.ȱȱ
Productȱevaluationsȱareȱvalidȱforȱfiveȱyears.ȱWhenȱthisȱperiodȱisȱover,ȱallȱinformationȱ

December).ȱProlongationsȱareȱeffectedȱby ȱFiBLȱwithoutȱconsultationȱofȱSkal.ȱȱProlongationsȱareȱpossibleȱonlyȱduringȱtheȱ5ȱyearȱperiodȱinȱwhichȱtheȱevaluationȱisȱ

product.ȱȱ Theȱevaluationȱfeeȱcoversȱallȱexpensesȱrelatedȱwith ȱtheȱevaluationȱofȱtheȱproduct,ȱincludingȱcorrespondenceȱwithȱtheȱcompanies,ȱexaminationȱofȱtheȱdocumentation,ȱ
backgroundȱresearchȱetc.ȱItȱisȱaȱfixedȱfeeȱandȱdoesȱnotȱdependȱonȱtheȱamountȱofȱ
workȱcausedȱbyȱanȱindividualȱproduct.ȱTheȱevaluationȱfeeȱcoversȱalsoȱtheȱfirstȱlistingȱ(seeȱchapterȱ5.3).ȱȱ
IfȱaȱproductȱhasȱtoȱbeȱreȬevaluatedȱbecauseȱtheȱproductȱcharacteristicsȱhaveȱ
changed,ȱtheȱevaluationȱfeeȱisȱalsoȱcharged.ȱAfterȱtheȱlistingȱofȱaȱproductȱhasȱbeenȱprolongedȱforȱaȱcalendarȱyear,ȱFiBLȱwillȱchargeȱaȱ
listingȱfeeȱtoȱtheȱcompany.ȱTheȱlistingȱfeeȱcoversȱallȱexpensesȱrelatedȱwithȱtheȱprolongationȱofȱtheȱproduct,ȱinȱ
particularȱcorrespondenceȱwithȱtheȱcompany.ȱȱ QualityȱcontrolȱmeasuresȱsuchȱasȱanalyticalȱspotȬcheckingComplaints:ȱThereȱisȱnoȱfeeȱforȱcomplaints.ȱHowever,ȱcomplaintsȱwillȱonlyȱbeȱ
handledȱafterȱtheȱevaluationȱfeeȱhasȱbeenȱpaid.ȱReȬevaluationȱdueȱtoȱalteredȱevaluationȱcriteria:ȱbecauseȱsuchȱreȬevaluationsȱareȱ
notȱcausedȱbyȱtheȱcompanies,ȱtheyȱareȱhandledȱfreePurelyȱadministrativeȱmodificationsȱofȱtheȱlisting,ȱsuchȱasȱnameȱchangesȱandȱotherȱ
purelyȱadministrativeȱmodifications,ȱareȱhandledȱfreeȱofȱcharge.ȱDeȬlisting:ȱThereȱisȱnoȱfeeȱforȱdeȬlisting.ȱHowever,ȱifȱaȱproductȱisȱdeȬlistedȱduringȱ
theȱyear,ȱthereȱisȱnoȱrefundȱofȱtheȱlistingȱ fee.ȱ
