DUTCH LADY MALAYSIA ANNOUNCES

NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR

Petaling Jaya, 23 October 2014: Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (Dutch Lady Malaysia) today announces the appointment of Saw Chooi Lee as its new Managing Director, effective 1 January 2015, replacing Rahul Colaco who had successfully helmed the Company in Malaysia for three years. Saw is currently the Managing Director of FrieslandCampina Mainland China, a position she has held since January 2011. Prior to this, she was General Manager for FrieslandCampina Hong Kong from March 2008 to December 2010. She started her career with Dutch Lady Malaysia in March 2003 as Commercial Director, where she was in charge of the marketing and sales divisions until March 2008. She was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors on

1 January 2014.

Meanwhile, Colaco will be based in Nigeria, taking on the role of Managing Director of FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc. He has several years of experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, holding various senior positions in marketing, sales, purchasing and finance in Asia and Europe. Colaco joined Dutch Lady Malaysia as

Marketing Director in 2010.

Under his leadership, the company enhanced its sustainability initiatives such as the Dairy Development Programme, resulting in improvements in local dairy farming methods. Colaco also oversaw various product upgrades and innovations, and led the celebrations RI POH FRPSMQ\¶V D0th year anniversary in Malaysia in 2013 with the Inspire

Tomorrow campaign.

Under Colaco, the Company had also underlined its commitment in improving the health and nutritional status of Malaysian children through the findings of South East Asia

Nutrition Surveys (SEANUTS).

Most recently, Dutch Lady Malaysia received the Company of the Year Award at the Edge

Billion Ringgit Club 2014.
