ABOUT THE COURSE

Indulge yourself and participate in a unique opportunity devoted exclusively to the Grands Crus appellations. Our Grands Crus program is held in English by a research engineer INAO inspector and an oenologist. Wine tasting are taking places in our professional tasting room. In order to well understand the Grand Cru terroir notion and its impact, several landscape analysis are organized in the vineyards and 3 wine tasting at different producers of Grand Cru.

Tasting include the 33 Bourgogne Grands Crus!

We consider wine tasting skills necessary to assess and get the best possible of this exceptional course.

Presentation on the Grands Crus de Bourgogne

10.30am Chablis Grand Cru

12.45pm Lunch at Le Montrachet restaurant in Puligny-Montrachet

3.00pm Presentation in the vineyard of the terroir of the white

Grands Crus of southern Côte de Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet

4.30pm Visit followed by a wine tasting at a Côte de Beaune

TERMS OF SALE

Price per person: 2 600.00 euros per individual registration

This price includes:

- Meals as described in the program (3 courses per meal including drinks and service)

- Friday 25th June͗ entrance for the concert at Meursault church and diner ͞PaulĠe" (drinks are not included)

- The local transportation by bus according to the program including return transfer to Meursault by bus on Friday evening and daily return

transfers to the Ecole des Vins in the morning and drop off at the end of each day course (service apply on June 24, 25 and 26 ; meeting points

and timing will confirmed a week prior the course) - Three days course held in English by an Ecole des Vins wine expert - Wine tasting as described in the program - Visit and tasting at three different domains producers of Grands Crus wine - Full Bourgogne wines documentation - The honorary certificate - Booking fees

This price does not include:

- The accommodation - Meals when not mentioned in the program: diners of June 24th and June 26th - Drinks are not included on Friday 25th June evening Paulée: bring your own bottle(s) - Transportation to Beaune - France - Any services which are not mentioned in the program - Any personal expenses or extra ordered in the restaurants - Optional cancellation insurance and personal insurance

Conditions of supply:

The Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne undertakes to carry out the services according to the program and the general and specific terms and conditions

of sale provided and accepted by the purchaser. The Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne reserves the right to revise and amend the program in case of

any needs or requests from our services or from the suppliers. This program is subject to availability at the confirmation time. The ͞33 Grands Crus" program is subject to a minimum of 10 participants and limited to 15 people.

In case of an insufficient number of registrations, we would be in the obligation to cancel the program entirely and, as a matter of fact, we will

proceed to the refunding of the amount paid. (Within a statutory delay of 21 days prior the beginning of the course)

Payment conditions:

In compliance with the provisions of the Special Conditions for Tailored Services, the full pre-payment is expected as per following conditions:

Deposit: 30% of the total amount at the booking confirmation date, 780.00 euros per person Balance due: 1820.00 euros to be paid 30 days prior the arrival, at the latest on May 23rd 2021

This deposit or full payment, accompanied by an original of the present contract and General and Special Terms and Conditions, initialed and

signed, shall be sent to the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne.

Solely acceptance by the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne of all of these documents with full payment will validate the order.

Payments may be made by one of the following methods: Credit card, VISA, bank transfer.

ΗIn the eǀent of serǀices being significantly changed in their content by L'ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE the client may cancel its reservation and

be reimbursed all sums paid. Excluding any other sum.

Howeǀer it also has the right to take up a new offer by L'ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE. Where it decides to take up the changed services, it

waiǀes all claims against l'ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE relating to changes to the serǀices proǀideX_

By the purchaser:

Extracts from Clause 3 of the General Sale Conditions:

"The costs of cancellation, methods for calculating which are specified in the special conditions for each service provided below are due at the time

that the reservation is completed".

Any application for cancellation shall be sent to l'ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE by any method but it is mandatory that it is immediately

confirmed by sending a registered letter with signature upon acceptance".

In the event of renunciation or cancellation by the client, for any reason whatsoeǀer edžcluding those resulting from force majeure, l'Ecole des ǀins

de Bourgogne will be released from all obligations to the client who may neither claim delay of the provision of services to a later date nor to

repayment of sums already paid. These sums are to be retained by the company as fixed compensation for contract termination.

Which means cancellation fees will be calculated as follow:

In case of cancellation received before May 23rd 2021: 30% fees of the total amount due will be charged

In case of cancellation received from May 23rd 2021: 100% fees of the total amount due will be charged
