Senior Supply Chain Consultant

chains in the Fortune 500 space.Join our driven team of consultants to enhance your learnings in advanced planning analytics, creation of
machine learning applications, demand & supply planning advisory, and forecasting for our wide client base.You'll work alongside innovative and strategic thought leaders and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving world
of Supply Chain Management.Activities Include:
Build ing relationships with our clients through cross-functional supply chain consulting projects. These projects include collecting and managing data to support supply chain software implementation and maintenance. Collaborate with project leads, SAP system architects, partners, and client teams to identify data best practices, develop success criteria and optimize new reports features and models. Support implementation efforts of client projects with advanced analysis, project planning, communication, and tactical assistance around SAP IBP modules of S&OP, Demand,Inventory, and Supply & Response.
Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for advanced supply chain analysis. Interpret data around supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients. Assist with research initiatives for solution design. Communicate key results to customers and customer teams in verbal, visual, and written formats.Qualifications:
Masters degree required
3 -8 years of fulltime work experience in Supply Chain Operations or a related fieldCandidates slated to graduate with an MBA degree in May 2022 will be considered. Declared major in supply
chain, computer science and/or business analytics is preferred.Required Skills
Logistics, supply chain management, and/or other operations data analyst experience where analytical and critical thinking skills are transferableDemand, supply or S&OP planning experience
Ability to manage a project team on a day-to-day levelStrong Excel/PowerPoint knowledge
Predictive Analytics Techniques (regression, forecasting, optimization) Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Skills:
SAP Supply Chain Planning Modules (IBP, APO) or Kinaxis software experience preferred SaaS Technology and/or database management knowledgePython, R, VBA preferred
Relevant certifications such as APICS/ ASCM or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification CSSGB preferred Statistics (Bayesian methods, experimental design, causal inference)Soft Skills:
