Since Innov8tive Designs was founded in 2006, we have been serving the RC modeling community with the finest

Electric Power System products and accessories available. We have been at our current location in Vista, California

since June of 2009. At the end of November this year, we will be relocating the company back to Monroe, Michigan,

the home town of Innov8tive Designs President and founder Lucien Miller. To minimize the amount of material that

needs to be trucked back across the country, Innov8tive Designs will be having a HUGE Parking Lot Sale the weekend of

October 22nd and 23rd. We will have thousands of items available for sale at discount and close-out prices including:

Motors, Speed Controllers, Batteries, Propellers, Servo Extensions, Motor Connectors, Multirotor Kits, Servos, Spinners

and more! Since Halloween is Lucien's favorite holiday of the year, in addition to the Clearance items, we will be

having a special Halloween Spooktacular sale with 20% off all regular in-stock merchandise not already marked down.

Be sure to set aside this weekend to head on down to Vista, California to take advantage of this once in a lifetime sales

event! Everything MUST GO, so no reasonable offers will be refused!

Innov8tive Designs is located in the middle of the Vista Tech Center off of Poinsettia Avenue, Just East of the Target

Store. When you pull into the main entrance, take the first left and follow the road around the West side of the

complex. Park in one of the spaces just after the second service road in the area marked in Yellow and then walk up to

the Sale Area behind the building.

In addition to the items from Innov8tive Designs, Lucien will also be selling a large number of his own personal items

including: RC Airplane Kits, Built Aircraft, Helicopters, Multirotor Kits, Built Multirotors, Radios, Servos, Batteries,

Chargers, Power Supplies, Computers, Printers, Tools, Balsa Wood, Bundles of Fan-Fold Foam, 4'x8' sheets of 2-pound

EPS foam in several thicknesses, foam cutting equipment, computers, monitors and much more! The entire list of the

items that will be available for sale is on the following pages. Some items discounted up to 82% off the regular retail price!

In addition to all of the special discounted items that are shown in this flyer, we will be having a Halloween

Spooktacular Customer Appreciation Sales Event with 20% off on all of our regular in-stock merchandise. We will have

a computer available in the back of our warehouse so that you can place an order, and then have it pulled and brought

out to you in a few minutes. This will only be availble for customers that come to the event as our way of saying,

"Thanks for dropping by to see us!"

All sales on discounted items will be sold as is, with no warranty implied or expressed. Any regular stock items that are

purchased during the sale will be covered by the normal manufacturers warranties. Payment methods accepted will be

Cash, Credit Card or PayPal. We will have a computer terminal set up for doing PayPal payments if needed.

Details about the Sale Event

Coming from Interstate 5: Exit I-5 at Palomar Airport Road and head east for 5.8 miles. Turn left at Business Park

Drive. (There is a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant on the corner) Turn right at the second light onto Poinsettia Avenue. The

first entrance on the left is the back entrance to the Target Store, and the second entrance on the left is the one that

comes into the Vista Tech Center Complex. Turn left to enter the complex and then follow the directions from the

Marcos Blvd. Turn left onto San Marcos Blvd. and drive west for 3 miles. Turn right onto Business Park Drive. (There
