(WBENC certified) Georgia small business, brings over 17 years of experience providing turn-key wireless infrastructure construction, installation, project management and related services for public utilities, for public and private telecommunications companies, and for governmental agencies. Midland Communications has worked on or built over10,000 telecommunication sites over the past 17 years. For years Midland Communications has worked
in the State of North Carolina, closely with governmental agencies and municipalities likeLincoln County
to provide professional services for critical communications. We have been a contractor for the NC Hwy
State Patrol since 2007 and remain active to this day with ongoing new site build projects statewide.
We are uniquely qualified and capable of fully performing all phases and services contemplated in this

Midland Communications Inc. was incorporated in 2000 in the state of Georgia as a General Contractor to the Communications industry with an emphasis on federal and state government, local law enforcement, EMS, public utilities, and private sector wireless network needs. Our first contract was with a major public utility over a three -state area upgrading their existing microwave and communications system. This contract, and a subsequent contract to build a new WAN, covers a 6-year span for the initial build out. During our first year we began applying our business model with other utilities and developed a customer base serving high security and sensitive communications needs. Over the years, the company's expertise in construct ion and communication technology with our continued commitment keeps our growth in an upward curve. In order to keep pace with the fast changes in the industry we have developed preferred vendor status with several major world class companies that use our services. Consequently, our company has broadened its area of service from national to international. Since our beginning we have been committed to providing a broad range of services and a staff to support our growth. Sink Tower installs drilled caissons for tower foundation and installs/erects towers for telecommunication sites. Midland and Sink Tower have had a working relationship for the past 15 years. Provided:
Midland understands the RFP outline for the scope of work is to provide and install a 100- foot monopole, foundation, grounding, conduits and site development at the new Lincoln County ECC site. The work will consist of site preparation, design, fabrication, delivery and installation of the new monopole; design & construction of a new foundation for the monopole, Motorola R56 based grounding, installation of the new monopole, final grading, compound with weed-barrier fabric and stone and compound fencing. Details outlined in the RFP are understood. Midland will present and initial scheduling of activities and will coordinate them with Lincoln County and the E911 site construction contractor. The scope of work provided for in this RFP will be confirmed at the Project Planning meeting. Any changes will be addressed at that time.Preliminary Drawing Submittals:
