Donation Program Overview

American Girl, a premium brand for girls and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel, Inc, will donate an allotment of the

company's 18" dolls from its corporate facilities to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations through a coordinated

to assist eligible nonprofit organizations in their fundraising efforts that exclusively benefit children ages 6-12.

Application Guidelines

Qualified organizations may request one 18" American Girl doll for donation once in a calendar year. Applications for

donations are only accepted using the Good360 online form, and donated items are available while supplies last. We

cannot guarantee that every eligible organization will receive a donation, nor can we guarantee requests for a specific

American Girl doll. Letters, emails, phone calls and all other correspondence to American Girl, Mattel, or Good360

requesting a donation or requesting an exception to the guidelines will not be considered.

Deliveries can be made only to street addresses (no P.O. Boxes). Special delivery arrangements cannot be made.

Shipping addresses provided on the application must be able to accept deliveries during normal business hours Monday

through Friday. Shipping addresses cannot be home addresses and must match the address on file for the organization.

Eligibility Guidelines

American Girl dolls will be donated to a broad network of Section 501(c)(3) charities that are using the item only for

raffle or auction to raise funds that exclusively benefit children ages 6-12. Organizations qualified to receive the doll donation must: Apply through the Good360 website good360.org/companies/american-girl

Allow at least 12 weeks to process and ship the doll. Events taking place sooner than six weeks from

submission may not be considered. Be located in the United States. Donated dolls received may not be shipped outside of the U.S.

Directly serve children ages 6-12.

Use the American Girl dolls for its charitable purpose, specifically raffle or auction to help raise funds for

children ages 6-12. You may not otherwise sell, trade, or barter any of the items donated. A partial list of the organizations that are NOT eligible for this program include:

o Pre-schools, Elementary, Jr. High and High Schools, and Universities (PTOs and PTAs may still apply

using their 501c3 EIN if separate from the school); o Daycare and Childcare Centers; o Fraternal and Social Clubs; o Political and Business Associations; o Religious Organizations; o Youth Sports Clubs or Organizations; o Children's Hospitals; ƒ Note: American Girl makes an annual donation of thousands of dolls to the Children's Hospital Association that redistributes the items to its 200+ U.S. member hospitals. o Third-party and Fundraising Organizations (such as United Way Chapters and Volunteer Centers); o Organizations holding toy drives (such as Toys for Tots or similar programs); o Requests for gift bag items; o Requests from Individuals or Families.

American Girl reserves the right to change and/or alter the Product Donation Guidelines at any time and without prior

notification. It is important to note that products are giǀen in ͞as is" condition with no warranties edžpressed or implied.
