This Oil Spill Contingency Plan outlines the steps required for the management of marine oil pollution responses that are the responsibility of the NT Department of Transport Marine safety Branch (NT DoT). This document should be read in conjunction with the Northern Territory Marine Pollution

Response Manual (NT MPR Manual).

For incident responses within Ports or from facilities, the relevant Port or facility OSCP should be consulted.
