representative ofeachoffiveMemberStates.The

MemhersrepresentedontheOommissionshaHbe

electedby theGeneralAssemblyonasbroadabasis, geographicaHy andotherwise,aspossible.

2.TheadministrationofPalestineshaH,asthe

mandatoryPowerwithdrawsiteannedforces,he shaH actinconformitywiththerecommendations

SecurityCounciI.

ThemandatoryPowershaHto

withdrawalwiththeplansoftheCommissionto takeover andadministerareaswhichhavebeen evacuated. necessaryregulations andtakeothermeasuresas required.
