Form I-94 is an arrival/departure record issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection to foreign visitors to the United States. In May 2013, CBP automated Form I-94 for air and sea from www.cbp.gov/I94. The I-94 record obtained from the website serves the same purpose as the previously issued I-94 record and should be treated by the Department of Homeland Security components and other stakeholders in the same manner. I-94 Expiration Dates date does not invalidate the I-94 record or form. OMB dates are not related to a non-immigrant's status in the U.S. The most recent date of entry indicates the date a traveler entered the U.S.
