Ministers, Ms. Christine Lagarde and Mr. Bruno Le Maire: Thanks to be extended to company executives for their attendance; historical overview of the SAC; the importance of France's attractiveness to investors.

Opening remarks from the

Chairman and CEO of

the IFA followed by broadcast of IFA film ("Open"). Ms. Lagarde to recall the structural reforms implemented to this end ( including Research Tax Credit, abolition of the local business tax on productive investments, Economic Modernization Act).

10.15am Ms. Lagarde to introduce the first part of the seminar: "France's policies to attract investment and major overarching initiatives" ('Greater Paris'
