Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Latin American Heart Rhythm Society (LAHRS) we would like to invite you to the 3rd LAHRS Scientific Sessions that

will be held on November, 2020, virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this opportunity, LAHRS has organized a virtual meeting to be delivered through the very robust online platform ͞E-Congress".

The attendants will find recorded presentations, satellite symposiums, poster area, sponsor area, technical suites and also live

sessions recreating the atmosphere of our previous and successful in-person Scientific Sessions.

The academic program has been developed together with worldwide recognized international experts including members of our

sister societies: Heart Rhythm society (HRS), European Heart Rhythm association (EHRA), and Asia-Pacific Heart Rhythm Society

(APHRS), as well as the Latin American EP societies including SOMEEC, SADEC, SOBRAC, and the Colombian EP College in a very

innovative format that will include recorded sessions in the most relevant topics on electrophysiology that could be visited at any

time during two weeks (November 9th to 23rd) by attendants at their convenience. The attendants will have the opportunity of

chatting questions that will be answered off-line by the experts involved in the academic program. The recorded sessions will be

complemented by ͞HOW TO" liǀe sessions in the format of webinars that will take place on Saturdays 14 and 21 in which edited

real cases with different techniques and technologies will be presented by EP experts to be discussed with panelists who also will

comment questions chatted by the audience.

With this new format we aim to offer a very comprehensive academic program that will include topics such as: AF detection and

Stroke Prevention, Cardiovascular Risk Factors for AF, New Approaches and Technologies to Improve the Results of AF Ablation,

Syncope and Sudden Cardiac Death, New Approaches and Technologies for Catheter Ablation of Ventricular Arrhythmias, Pediatric

EP, CRT, Transvenous Lead Extraction Techniques, Physiologic Pacing, and Cardioneuroablation, among others. Also, un update of

the main clinical trials in our field and guidelines will be presented in recorded Joint Sessions with the participant EP Societies.

Additionally, attendants will have the opportunity to know about latest technology on the sponsor area and to interact with repre-

sentatives from the industry in the Technical Suites.

Side by side, our Virtual Sessions will offer a great learning experience to all our virtual attendees and participants that will contribute

to accomplish the mission of LAHRS: improving the level of care for our patients suffering from arrhythmias.

VIRTUAL COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION AREA

Virtual space within the platform where all the companies have sponsored a virtual commer- cial space will be located. There will be different types of virtual commercial areas.

STANDARD COMMERCIAL AREA: USD 4.000,00

Companies may choose between three different commercial space designs and their charac- teristics are the following: - Design based on the option chosen. The personalization only will be colors and logo. - Possibility of uploading files for participants with maximum 5GB. - Responsive Networking: connection link only requested by participant and it will have only a chat available. - Proactive Networking: connection until 6 commercial delegates for attending the commer- cial space. 7

PREMIUM COMMERCIAL AREA: USD 5.000,00

- Companies may choose between three different commercial space designs and their characteris- tics are the following: - Design based on the option chosen: Colors, logos, Company name, superior measure personali- zation's. - More display in the exhibitor virtual plane. - Possibility of uploading files for participants with maximum 10GB. - Statistics number of complete attendees segmented by profiles that have visited the booth. - Responsive Networking: connection link only requested by participant and it will have only a chat available. - Proactive Networking: real time 1-1 with text and call. The connection request will may do by the company to the participant and it could be done as text chat or videocall. Possibility of con- nection until 6 commercial delegates for attending the space area. Extra options for adding to the virtual commercial areas: - Larger capacity files available: up to 15 GB. SPONSORED SESSION RECORDING: USD 800,00

Symposium recording for later use by the sponsoring company. The material will be delivered later with the synchronized audio and video presentation of the speaker/s.

CONGRESS VIRTUAL PORTFOLIO: USD 1.000,00

The Virtual portfolio will included the certificate of attendance, documents and / or corporate videos of industry, invitation to meetings with various companies, as well as information LAHRS decides to include for the interest of the participant. The My Bag icon will always remain visible on the screen with the sponsor's logo nedžt to it, as well as the priǀate area of each attendees.

LANYARD VIRTUAL: USD 500,00

The attendee when accessing the LAHRS Virtual Congress platform, must perform the accreditation (check-in) as if it were a conventional congress. At the moment, a virtual lanyard will appear that will always be visible when the attendee interacts with other participants or commercial delegates. The sponsor's logo will appear at all times on the lanyard icon and will accom- pany the attendee throughout his journey.

PRE-RECORDED TALKS: USD 1.900

Presentation of Scientific Content included in the pre-recorded talks of the Congress. The Scientific Content of this talk will no have a commercial perspective and must be prepared according to the LARHS Committee. Schedule and expected days: It will be available for the two weeks of the congress from the virtual platform. The sponsoring company will have the following benefits: -Customize with the sponsor's image: logo / name during the speaker's presentation.-Including and advertising flyer in the Virtual bag. 9

Sponsorship items

BANNER ADD VIRTUAL: USD 500,00

Virtual banners may be placed within the commercial area or in the lobby area. Each banner will be composed of the name and logo of the sponsor.

PUBLICITY BETWEEN SESSIONS: USD 1.200,00

The sponsor will have the possibility to present a video of no more than 2 minutes before the beginning of a session. The content and the display of the advertisement must be agreed with Congress Committee and its appro- val of the content will be necessary.

BAG INSERT: USD 500,00

Insert advertising in the virtual portfolio of the participant. This publicity may be done with a pdf or jpg document. The approval of the Organizing Commit- tee of the material to be inserted will be necessary.

E-POSTER AREA: USD 2.000,00

The sponsor may place his or her company or product advertising in the poster area. The Congress posters may be viewed in a poster area within the platform as if it were the poster area of the face-to-face congress. They will be ordered by area and will have a search engine to be able to filter by subject, author, title, etc. Viewing sponsorship includes the sponsor's logo next to the sponsored area.
