Admission procedures for foreign students coming to the ENSA-PB

Conditions of admission We recommend that students integrate the ENSA-PB at the beginning of the first semester in September.

Though it is also

(Students may come for the fifth year of study; in this case they are required to take courses in the

Master 1 program).

In all cases, students are required to enroll in the courses offered in the year for which they are registered. Their course of study should be compatible with the structure of the ENSA-PB program in which they are enrolled. The student must have acquired a sufficient command of the french language, level B1 recommended

nominations /registrations The home university nominates students to the ENSA-PB's international exchanges department by e- mail and then receives the nomination procedure online. Then the student will receive the link that will allow them to register online.

Deadline for online nominations by universities :

1st semester: April, 16th 2021

2nd semester: October, 28th 2021

Deadline for online registration by students :

1st semester: May, 14th 2021

2nd semester: November, 12th 2021

A certificate of admission to Ensa-PB will be sent to the student.

Language and language

courses

All classes are taught in French.

Intensive French courses take place in September (2 crédits ECTS). French courses are proposed all year round, (each semester) (1 crédit ECTS).

They are free and organized by the school.

Credits are granted on condition that the student has attended all classes without any absence.

Academic calendar The academic year, divided in two semesters, lasts 10 months. It runs from late September to mid-July,

with a two-week break in December, a one-week break in February, and another two-week break in

April.

Pédagogical registration A course registration form is available before the beginning of each semester; the students will be

asked to classify studio and course choices in order of preference. The school cannot necessarily honor the first or second choice.

Students are required to enroll in the courses offered in the year for which they are registered. Their

course of study must be compatible with the structure of the ENSA-PB program in which they are enrolled. Learning agreement

(for Erasmus+ students only)

A draft version of the learning agreement for 2020-2021 will be established before the student arrives.

The learning agreement will be finalized once the final pedagogical registration is completed.

Grading The ENSA-PB uses the ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System). Student work is

evaluated with letter-grades. Student results are documented with a ENSA-PB specific grade.

Housing The ENSA-PB is not located on a campus and does not have residence halls for student accommodation.

Health insurance

Ø Students that are European Union citizens will send a copy of their valid, up-to-date European social

security card.

Ø Students that are NON-European Union citizens will have to register on the web site https://etudiant-

Civil liability Insurance

Each student is required to have a civil liability insurance valid in France, which covers the damage he or
