CMA CGM TO ACQUIRE

NOL Group: If the

acquisition is validated by competent authorities, CMA

CGM will reach a capacity of

2,399 thousand TEUs, a fleet

of 563 vessels, a market share of 11.5% and a turnover of USD 22 billion. MARCH 2016

Financial results 2015:

CMA CGM has known a

strong increase of the volumes (+6,3%) and a stable operational margin and net income, what permits to CMA CGM to have a consolidated revenue of USD 15,7 billion in 2015.

CMA CGM signs a

Carbon Pact with DB

Schenker, the German

logistics provider. The agreement aims to reduce CO2 emissions generated by the transport of the DB

supported by CMA CGM by 2020, all the while increasing activity.
