Prepare surface and apply recommended primer. Apply one or more coats of Intercryl 530 as specified. (Consult the relevant primer data sheet for surface preparation and overcoating information.) Remove all mill scale, loose rust, loose paint and other foreign matter by "Hand or Power Tool Cleaning" (SSPC-SP2 or SP3, respectively).
