Scholarship Benefits
Candidates granted a ͞France Excellence Europa" scholarship will be provided with:¾ A half-yearly allowance of Φ6,850
¾ An installation allowance of Φ1,700
¾ Exemption from registration fees incurred for national diplomas and public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education ¾ Special assistance in searching for CROUS university residence accommodation. Rent will be at the expense of the scholarship holder ¾ Insurance plan enrolment covering the initial three months of arrival in France. International students not covered by a European health care provider will be pending enrollment in the general regime of the French social security¾ Enrolment in supplemental health insurance
¾ CVEC Exemption - Contribution de Vie Etudiante et de Campus [1] ¾ Access to exclusive discounts on Campus France cultural activities The France Excellence Europa scholarship does not cover course fees nor international/national transportation fees.[1] In order to receive a certificate of exemption, students will nonetheless be required to create an

In order to meet the eligibility requirements for this scholarship, you must: ¾ Be a national of one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia,Slovenia, Sweden;
¾ Be between the age of 18-26 years old at the time of arrival in France; ¾ Be currently admitted to a Master's 1 or Master's 2 program for the 2022-2023 academic ¾ Not hold a French higher education degree or be currently enrolled in France for a Higher education degree; ¾ Not hold any French ministry scholarships such as Erasmus + and AUF.Citizenship Requirements
This scholarship is reserved solely for international candidates and not applicable to those of French

All applications must be submitted no later than March 15, 2022.How to Apply
To apply for the scholarship, please provide the following documents:1. Completed and signed "France Excellence Europa Scholarship" application form
2. Curriculum Vitae composed in French or English
3. Cover letter in French or English
4. Copy of most recent high education diploma obtained
5. Transcript copies from the last two years or higher education
6. Copy of government issued identification document (passport, ID card)
7. Letter of admission to a Master's 1 or Master's 2 program for the 2022-2023 academic year
at a French institute of higher education*8. Sworn Statement- Program FEE
*If the student has not yet received a letter of admission for the 2022-23 academic year, a sworn statement
must be completed containing the name of the institution, the title of the prospective program for the academic
year 2022-23 along with a copy of communications with the institution attesting the process of admission. The
student is compelled to immediately send the letter of admission upon its arrival.Optional Documents to Provide
¾ Copy of French language diplomas or certificates such as DELF, DALF, TCF or TEF ¾ Copy of English language diploma or certificates such as TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS ¾ Letters of recommendation composed in French or EnglishWhere to Submit Your Application
