If you or any accompanying family members have a criminal conviction(s), you must provide an original police certificate from the country where you or your family member was convicted and provide a personal explanation of events leading to the conviction(s) and any related documentation such as court records, police report etc. Evidence that you are an established entertainer, such as: copies of previous recordings, performance contracts, marketing and promotional material, a letter of introduction from your record label or management company.
