I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that number of cases pending in the Central Information Commission is increasing day by day and people are facing problems to get justice mainly due to the shortage of Information

Commissioners in the CIC.

In the meantime, I am given to understand that 2 (two) of the existing 4 (four) members are retiring within a year, which will necessitate,appointment of some more members within a very short period. In this regard, I would like to introduce a young, energetic and highly intellectual Medical Doctor, namely Dr KRISHNA KABIR ANTHONY, who is also very active on Social front, whose Bio-data is attached herewith, for your kind consideration for the job. He would, in my opinion, be an excellent choice for one of the Central Information Commissioners.
