Establish your event goals and objectives:
Who is your target audience? How many attendees are you hoping to get? Establishing it upfront will make it easier to gauge the success of your event.Select the date and book the event location:
Make sure it doesn't conflict with any other campus events or major holidays. Cross check the academic calendar. Submit an event request through 25live or Campus Concierge to have an event approved and space reserved. Do not promote event before receiving event and space approval. Accessibility requirements (i.e. wheelchair access, accessible shuttles, elevators, etc.)Develop an event master plan:
