For years, Speer Gold Dot has been the pinnacle of duty handgun ammunition performance. Gold Dot G2 builds on this reputation with a next-generation duty bullet design. Instead of a large cavity in the nose, Gold Dot G2 has only a shallow dish filled with a high-performance elastomer. On impact, the elastomer is forced into engineered internal fissures to start the expansion process, as opposed to conventional bullet designs, which rely on target media to enter the hollow-point and create expansion forces. The result is extremely uniform expansion, better separation of the petals, and more consistent penetration across barrier types, gun platforms and barrel lengths.

All products are 50 rounds per box except 25 Auto, 32 Auto, and 44 Special, which are 20 rounds per box. GDHP—Gold Dot Hollow Point, GDG2—Gold Dot G2 , SB—Short Barrel, GDSP—Gold Dot Soft Point. VB—Vented test barrel simulating revolver performance.

Pressures are as much as 22 greater than industry standards. Purchasers must be able to afrm that +P+ ammunition is for law enforcement/government use only. SB—Short Barrel; bullet design optimized for compact rearms; 357 and 44 Magnum feature reduced

recoil compared to standard loads.

These trajectory tables were calculated by computer using the best available data for each load. Trajectories are representative of the normal behavior of each load at standard conditions 59F temperature; barometric pressure of 29.53 inches; altitude at sea level.

Shooters are cautioned that actual trajectories may differ due to variations in altitude, atmospheric conditions, guns, sights, and ammunition. Midrange Trajectory is the maximum bullet rise between muzzle bore and given range when zeroed at given range. Height of

bullet trajectory above or below line of sight if zeroed at 100 yards. Sights 1.5 inches above bore line.
