SUCCESS RANKING OF MEDICAL FACULTIES OF UNIVERSITIES: COMMON EFFECT OF OSYM PLACEMENT BASE SCORE AND TUS SCORE

ABSTRACT

As it is known, medical success is ranked according to the Specialization Exam Score in

Medicine. In this study, 59 Medical faculties of State Universities were reordered by taking into

consideration both the Specialization Exam Scor

Ranking of the universities have

been re-determined regarding the ratio of students' TUS scores to Placement scores.

Considering the coefficient

calculated according to TUS Clinical Medicine score, top 10 universities were ranked as Yozgat Bozok,

Saglik Bilimleri Saglik Bilimleri University. Istanbul rsity which was seen as the most successful university according to TUS Basic Medicine 1 and TUS Clinical Medicine Scores fell to the second place considering the calculated coefficient. In addition, Yozgat Bozok University which was observed as the third most successful

university according to TUS Basic Medicine 1 Score and the fourth most successful university according

to TUS Clinical Medicine Score qualified to the first place considering the calculated coefficients. Key Words: Faculty of Medicine, - TUS Score Common
