or correctthedefectwithinareasonable amount oftime,youmayhavetherightto return thevehicleandreceiveafullrefund, less adiscountfortheuseofthevehicle. 3.

Ifitisassumedthatthemanufactureroryour

dealer cannotrepairorcorrectthedefectand if thesamedefectcontinuestosubstantially exist afterthatthemanufacturerhasreceived a noticeofthedefect,sentbycertifiedmail with returnreceipt,andhashadafinal chance tocorrectthedefectorcondition within

10daysofreceivingthenotice.This

notice mustbereceivedbythemanufacturer within thetermsofprotectionandcanonly be givenafter(i)themanufactureroryour dealer hasattemptedtwoormoretimesto correct thedefect;(ii)themanufactureror your dealerhasattempted,atleastonce,to correct thedefectifthedefectisonewhich can causedeathorseriousbodilyinjuryifthe vehicle isoperated;or(iii)thevehiclehas been outofserviceforrepairsbyatotalof20 calendar daysaccumulationormore,orinthe case ofarollingmotorizedhouse (motorhome)

45daysormore.
