Regulations of the U15 European Championships in FS, WW and GR wrestling

1. General information

The U15 European Championships will take place in

Sofia (BULGARIA) on 27

30
May,

2021 in "

Asics Arena

" sport hall , Sofia.

2. Participation

2.1. U15 European Championships is open for all national

European federations affiliated

with the UWW.

2.2. A wrestler must be between 13 and 15 years old (

born 2006 and 2007; born in 2008 are allowed to compete only with the parent al and medical certificate). Nationality and age will be checked with a passport during a weigh-in.

2.3. Entries by name must be sent by a national federation to the Bulgarian Wrestling

Federation before 30.04.2021 at bul@unitedworldwrestling.org

2.4. Each country can enter maximum 13 wrestlers per style and a maximum of 2 athletes

per weight category

3. Technical Conditions

3.1 The U15 European Championships will be held according to the UWW Regulations.

3.2 Weight categories:

FS 38, 41, 44, 48, 52, 57, 62, 68, 75, 85kg

WW 33, 36, 39, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66kg

GR 38, 41, 44, 48, 52, 57, 62, 68, 75, 85kg

3.3 Three (3) UWW approved mats will be used.

4. Referees

4.1 Referees' course Level 1 and Level 2 will be held during the championships.

4.2 Category IS, I, II and III may officiate during the championships.

5. Official ceremonies

Each team must be present during the Opening Ceremony.

6. Financial conditions

6.1. Accreditation place: hotel "

Ramada", Sofia

6 .2. The daily fee is 90.00 EURO/person and it includes accommodation, full boarding and local transport.

6.4 The minimum length of accreditation

is three (3) days per style.

6.5 Team leaders will be responsible for any damage done by the members of their

delegation during their stay.

7. Accommodation, food and transport

7.1 The Organizing Committee will provide

local transport. All information about arrival/departures has to send before 10.05.2021.

8. Miscellaneous

1 Each country have

to fill letter for border authorities in attached min 10 days before the competition.

SANITARY PROTOCOL

U15 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP

Sofia, 27-30.05.2021

The sanitary protocol aims to protect health and life of all participants in the WOQ and to reduce the possibility of viral transmission to a minimum during this Event.

As a contact sport, wrestling is at higher risk of viral transmission so higher degree of attention

and more stringent measures are required from the Wrestling community. This sanitary protocol complies with the legislative measures against Covid - 19 in Bulgaria as well as with UWW Guidance for Event Organizers and Participants

1. Information about Covid -19.

· Covid-19 is a contagious viral disease transmitted by airborne droplets. · Typical symptoms of COVID-19 include running nose, cough, fever, fatigue, breathing difficulties, loss of smell and taste;

2. How to protect ourselves from Covid -19

· Keep social distancing.
