ANNIVERSAIRE

ORCHESTRE.CA

A warm and personal invitation to our season

" Women of Distinction » honouring my mother, Lotte

Brott's 100

th anniversary. She was a trailblazer as this orchestra's co-founder and longtime administrator, cellist, and mother. In her memory, at each of our concerts, we are thrilled to feature a vast array of incredible female soloists and composers. Music transcends languages, art forms and generations. During this pandemic, let music be our inspiration!

Boris Brott, Artistic Director

The OCM has a long history of leadership by

women. I am proud to continue that history as its

Board Chair, especially during a season dedicated

to celebrating women of distinction. I hope you will join us for this very special season which presents outstanding female artists at each concert, and which honours the legacy of our co-founder, the incomparable Lotte Brott.

Deborah Corber, LL.M.,

OCM Board Chair

We can't wait to return to live performances at our home, Salle Pierre-Mercure. This special season refiects a strong family tradition which our orchestra is founded on. Please join us to celebrate this important legacy and all the wonderful female artists and composers we will present. The pandemic has shown us that music connects people and helps us heal! See you in the concert hall or online!
