The Hotel Dieu, not only name, but also a tradition of hospitality and kindness. Your well-being and your health are our core concerns.

Here, in the heart of

Marseille, we want to offer you a cocoon of comfort and relaxation, far from the surrounding risks, to make you feel as good as at home, but with a caring team that will pamper you at any time. This hotel is also your home, and it is important to us to reopen it and share some good times with you. Strict hygiene measures and a sanitary protocol have been implemented in order to welcome you in the best conditions within the hotel, the bar and the brasserie Les Fenêtres. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the measures implemented in our hotel: A designated person is present to ensure that health & safety measures are implemented and respected. All the staff has been fully trained in social distancing, and to apply the new sanitary protocol in order to ensure your safety. We offer you the possibility of remote access to many services of the hotel. The rooms are systematically cleaned and disinfected accor ding to the strict protocol approved by IHG "Clean Promise». Installation at the reception desk, and at the hostess desk next to our restaurant, of a protective glass screen as an additional protection. Widespread use of signs reminding everyone of the key preven tive actions to adopt, as well as social distancing floor markers wherever necessary. Mandatory use of mask by all staff and guests, as well as requi- red protective equipment when necessary, in all areas of the hotel. Systematic disinfection of all public areas and contact zones (e.g. elevators, handles, switches, telephones...) several times per day. Strict procedures are implemented for each specific area. Implementation of hand sanitizers in all publicly-accessible areas. Masks are also available upon request at the reception and concierge desk. Cooking production has been completely revised following the new hygiene protocols, according to the highest standards. All our suppliers have signed a chart the commitment to respect the hygiene measures we impose and to guarantee the safety of all. Breakfast is served every day,

in your room, in compliance with sanitary measures, from

7am to 10:30am, without

supplement.

We have designed formulas to

suit all tastes (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian...), with a selection of organic products or products from our farmers and local producers using integrated farm management methods.

You will have the choice between 3 trays :

- the continental breakfast at 25 per person - the American breakfast at 32 per person - the healthy breakfast at 32 per person You can find details of these breakfasts on the room service card (QR Code and TV in room).

Spa by Clarins

In a decor inspired by the traditional Provencal fountains and " lavoirs" the Spa by Clarins offers a moment of sheer revitalizing relaxation in a redolent ambience redolent of the warmth and sensuality of the

Mediterranean basin.

There are 5 treatment booths including a double VIP booth, indoor swimming pool, a tea room and a spacious fitness centre : a real cocoon dedicated to physical and mental well-being, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful haven of Provencal tones and hues.

Open everyday from 8am until 6pm.

Treatments hours from 10am until 6pm.

Due to sanitary measures,

experience showers, saunas, hammams are not available.

Swimming pool hours :

from 8am until 6pm for adults and from 10am until 5.30pm for children*. *Children under 3 are not allowed, and children under the age of 16 have to be mandatory under their parents supervision. Children don't have access to the treatment equipments.

to access the swimming pool or treatments, you must book your time slot by calling the Spa at 4233.

You too can play an active role by adopting eco-responsible actions during your stay : You may choose not to change your bed sheets or towels by simply stating your preferences when you make your stay.
