Citrix Ready Partner Program Enrollment Guide

This document explains how to join the Citrix Ready Partner Program. There are four steps that must be completed in sequence. Once you have completed all

the steps, you will be able to go through the verification process and upon suc -cessful completion you will be accepted into the Citrix Ready Partner Program.

From that point, you can create a partner and product profile in the Citrix Ready Marketplace and begin promoting your solutions with us. Finally, you can select

between two program levels—Access and Premier—to take advantage of tech- nical and marketing benefits that best fit your goals and needs. 2 #1 Submit the Citrix Ready Program membership application. Sign-up by going to Partner with Citrix and completing the partner application form: Enroll Register Validate Promote #2 Join the Citrix Ready Program. Choose the option to "Join the Citrix Ready Program", which is the last one listed. Check the box next to "Validating and testing your hardware or software solution with Citrix products?" and continue to fill in the next section of the application. 1 2 #3 Complete the Citrix Anti-Bribery questionnaire. #4 Get a registration confirmation. Upon successfully submitting the Citrix Ready Program membership application you will see the "Thank

You" message.

Within two business days expect an email with the subject line of "Citrix Ready Program Registration!" confirming that we have received your application. Check your spam/ junk mail folders, if you don't see the notification within two business days after submission. 3 #1 Complete the Citrix Ready Program membership registration.

Use the email from the Citrix Ready team with the subject line "Citrix Ready Program Registration!" to

log on to the Citrix Partner Central portal. After signing in, click on "Complete Membership" to review

your account information. #2 Review the Citrix Ready Program Agreement. After confirming the account information, review the Citrix Ready Program Agreement (click-through).

This agreement is specific to the Citrix Ready Technology Partner Program only and is mandatory to join

as a Citrix Ready partner. 4 Enroll Register Validate Promote #3 Citrix Ready membership. After accepting the agreement, you will see the "Welcome to Citrix Partner Network" page. At this point your Citrix Ready membership is valid for 60 days, assuring your eligibility to submit product

validation results. Within one business day expect an email with the subject line of "Verify your solution

as Citrix Ready!" from the Citrix Ready team. Within one business day expect an email with the subject line of "Verify your solution as Citrix

Ready!" from the Citrix Ready team.

5 #1 Validate your product/solution with Citrix products and services.

Use the email from the Citrix Ready team with the subject line "Verify your solution as Citrix Ready!"

to log on to the Citrix Ready Marketplace partner dashboard. After signing in, click on "Create New

Verification" to begin the verification process.

6 Enroll Register Validate Promote

1. As you begin a new product verification, keep your product name (product name should be

different from company name), product type, Citrix product type, a summary, and some information about your product handy. These are required by the Citrix Ready team to understand more about your product and to publish the page on the Citrix Ready Marketplace.

2. To make the verification process easy, Citrix has added all the test environment requirements,

recommendations, resource links, guides, and Citrix software download links that you might need. You can find these resources under the Prerequisites section.

3. The verification process varies from product to product and will have a different number of

test cases to prove the integration works as expected. A Citrix Ready technical lead is assigned for each product verification. Should you need any help during the verification process, use the "Ask a question" section to contact the assigned technical lead.

4. All the test cases might not be applicable for your product. You can skip them and mention them

as N/A (not applicable).

5. A minimum of one test case (all test steps under that test case) should be completely updated

with your results in order to successfully submit your verification form.

6. The Citrix Ready technical lead will review the submitted verification results and contact you

asking for a demo or follow-up questions before the product is approved.

7. The completion time for the product verification process and submissions varies depending on

the partner, product type, and integration chosen. Approval times vary from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 10 business days. 7 #1 Control and manage the content on the partner profile and product profile pages on Citrix Ready Marketplace. Complete the partner- and product-specific content from "Manage partner profile" and "Manage prod- uct profile" respectively. Refer to the points below when submitting the profile page. Mandatory use of your corporate logo for all product profiles Product name should be different from the company name Provide 1-2 sentences on the joint integration story under the product summary Profile page updates are reviewed and published within 24-48 business hours post submission. 8 Enroll Register Validate Promote

2. Make sure to include marketing and technical resources such as whitepapers, case studies, and

videos to make the product and partner profiles look more effective.

3. Approved partner and product profile page(s) are published live in Citrix Ready Marketplace,

tagged to the respective product category. Promote your Citrix Ready validated products to gain customer confidence.

4. All Citrix Ready verified product integrations should always be marketed with the Citrix Ready

Marks. Update all your marketing assets, company website, and any third-party websites that show your product with the Citrix Ready marks.

5. Once your product validation is approved, your partner membership is valid at the Access level

for three years. To upgrade to the Premier level, reach out to Citrix Ready at citrixready@citrix.com.
