Article 1.

Handball tournament is divided in three (3) separate categories. Number of players and duration of the match per each category is as following:

* Duration of the match will depend on the number of teams registered. In case of playing more than five (5) games per team, the duration of each match can be shortened.

Article 2.

Right to participate in the tournament have players who were born on or after 01 January of the year indicated in the category of the tournament, or younger. Clubs competing in the tournament may have mixed gender teams (boys and girls).

Article 3.

Tournament is divided in two phases: group stage and playoff. In the group stage teams are divided in groups of four, five, six or seven where all teams play against each other once. Two (2) points are awarded for a win and one (1) point for a draw. No points are awarded for a loss.

Order in the group is determined by:

The number of points;

Mutual goal difference;

Overall goal difference

Number of goals scored and lot.

Article 4.

During the playoff matches, if the match ends in a draw after the end of a match time, winner will be decided immediately by a penalty shoot-out from a 7m distance. Each team takes five (5) penalty shots and in case of a draw shoot-out continues until one team has scored a goal more than the other from the same number of shots.

Article 5.

Each club shall, before the scheduled start time, submit a players list with date of birth of each player and respective shirt number. Shirt number for each player must remain the same during the whole duration of the tournament. List should be certified with the stamp of the club.

Article 6.

Each player (registered and / or unregistered) must have a valid sports card with a certified medical examination not older than 6 (six) months in order to participate. All teams participate at their own risk.

Article 7.

The Organizer will ensure medical staff in case of an emergency medical assistance during the tournament.

Article 8.

Tournament matches are played in Sport halls and outdoor field dimensions min 40x20m.

Article 9.

Teams having won first, second and third place will be awarded with medals and a trophy. Individual awards will be provided for the best player, top scorer and best goalkeeper.

Article 10.

All matches will be lead by a referee of the Croatian Handball Federation (CHF) in agreement with the Organizer and territorially competent Handball Association.

Article 11.

During the tournament, the time will not be stopped during the half-time. Half-time break lasts two (2) minutes. The time for 2-minute suspensions will however be stopped during the half- time. The referee(s) will assess if it due to sportsmanlike considerations is necessary to stop the time at some point in the match e.g. in connection with serious injuries or disqualifications. Time out is available only in semi-finals and finals. Each team is allowed once to request a timeout in duration of one (1) minute. Time out has to be asked by coach, and it is granted when a requested team has the ball in possession.

Article 12.

Disqualification not caused by three 2-minute suspensions will be reported to the tournament committee serious cases, a player can be disqualified for two matches or even excluded from the tournament.

Article 13.

Exclusive right to interpret these regulations as well as all other unforeseen circumstances has the Tournament committee, whose decision is final.

Article 14.

Tournament committee is appointed by the Organizer and it is responsible for all sporting issues related to the tournament, as well as all disputes, protests, complaints or unforeseen circumstances. The Commission shall consist of the following persons:

Article 15.

The decisions of the referee regarding facts related to play are final. No measures will be taken on protests on decisions made by referees. Protests may be handed in for the following cases: If some members of the opposing team cannot identify themselves with passport, or identification card, or player license for the wish of the other teams trainer.
