Authorization scheme combination between: list of accounts to which it applies, signature policy, and the maximum

transaction limits.

Authorization scheme block it comprises one or several schemes configured for specific accounts. To make payments

from an account, it must be included in a block.

Signature policy it can be single (one person signs) or joint (two or three different persons sign). The signature is

represented by a letter which is the letter associated with a user group. This means that any member of the user grup has

signature rights, on condition that the signature right is configured in the User rights section, for at least one account in

the authorization scheme. Multiple signatory policies can be configured in an authoriation scheme and on the same

account. Transaction limits limits set for the payments made from the company accounts, for each user group.

View accounts which are not included in any authorization scheme, which means that no payments can be made

from these accounts. Changes are visible as any modified field has an orange border.

If a user is not a member of any group, they can initiate payments, without being able to sign them (on condition they

are assigned the corresponding right in the User rights section). You can take one or more actions to change groups: a. Change group name

Select the Group name field, and the enter any name you want. We recommend that you use a name as relevant as

possible for you to describe the user group in question (e.g. accountants, HR, acquisitions etc.)

To change the group letter, use the Group ID dropdown menu. To change the group name, select the Group Name field.

Warning! If you change the group ID, make sure you also define it in an authorization schema, for the payments to be

possible. b. Move a user to another group

If you have multiple user groups, you can select a user and move them to another group. The user you move receives the

rights corresponding to the new group. c. Add a user to a group

To add a user who is not part of another group to a group, use the Add next person dropdown menu. The user will receive

the same payment rights as the users who are members of the group (on condition that the user has signatory rights on

the accounts in the authorization schema associated with the group). d. Delete a user from a group To delete a user from a group (and remove it from any group), select the x icon next to their name. When eliminated from any group, the user cannot sign payments on any account. e. Create a new group

If you need a new type of user, with rights different from the rights configured in the existing groups, select Create group,

and then add one or multiple users from the List of unused persons in any scheme.

A user can be the member of only one group.

The group must be included in an authorization scheme, for its users to be able to make payments. f. Delete group If you no longer need a user group, select Delete group.

To keep the changes, select the Save changes button. The changes are saved and you are redirected to the main page for

changes to payment conditions. To return, click the top left arrow, next to Edit groups.

If a user is not included in any group, he will be able to enter payments, but will not be able to sign (with the condition

that the user has input rights set in User rights).

Edit accounts in scheme

To make payments from an account, it is necessary that the account is included in an authorization scheme. An account

can be included in multiple authorization schems (for example, on the same account, a one-person group of users has

unlimited signatory rights, while another group has signatory rights on a limited amount and a second signature is

required for the payment).

No payments can be made in ING Business from an account which is not included in any scheme. However, this account

supports currency exchange operations, deposits, card payments if there are associated cards or debit instruments.

To add an account to a scheme or remove it, on the main page for changes to payment conditions select Edit accounts in

scheme, and then add check to the accounts to be included or remove check from the accounts to be eliminated.

To keep the changes, click the Save changes button. The changes are saved and you are redirected to the main page for

changes to payment conditions.

Delete/Add/Edit authorization scheme

Essentially, an authorization scheme indicates which user group (represented by the letter in its name) can make

payments from which accounts (included in the scheme), up to which amounts (transaction limits) and with how many

signatures (signature policy). Multiple authorization schemes can be applied to an account.

To define a new authorization scheme, select Add authorization scheme. A new window is displayed. To create the new

scheme, take the following steps:

1. Click the orange arrow in the center of the page to view the components of the groups.

2. Enter the scheme name (use a relevant name e.g. small payments, salary payment etc.)

3. Enter the signatory policy (each letter represents a group).

4. Enter the limit values (if no amount is entered, the value is unlimited).

5. Select the currency applicable to the limits.

6. Set the scheme validity, if you want the scheme to be applicable for a limited period (e.g. for salary payment).

7. Save the changes.

The signature policy can be:

Single (one letter): only one signature by one user from the group is needed for the payment to be sent to the

bank for processing;

Joint (two or three letters): two signatures are needed for the payment. The two users can be members of the

same group or different groups (e.g. AA or AB). This means that the payment is not sent unless any two members

of the respective group/groups sign.

In case of a joint signature with one person from different groups, make sure that there is at least one user in

each of the groups. In case of a joint signature with two signatures from the same group, make sure there are at

least two different users in the group. Also, make sure the groups exist.

Warninig! The review right is a prerequisite for granting any other right. Cancelling the right to review an account cancels
