phammond@portcanaveral.com Thank you for considering CEG for the CPA Cruise Terminal 1 south parking lots expansions project on

George King Boulevard and Flounder Road at Port Canaveral, Florida. It is our understanding that this

project will consist of site design and permitting multiple parking lots with site lighting, landscaping,

site communications, CCTV cameras, updated survey data, and a geotechnical investigation. Per the

Port's request we will include approximately 400 total new spaces subject to final approval of layouts

by the CPA. CEG proposes to provide the following civil engineering site design, permitting and construction

services grouped into separate tasks of work. All drawings and specifications will be complete in order

to provide for competitive bidding, permit approvals, and construction.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Task No. 1: Design Development (30% DD's)

1. Attend kick-off meeting with the Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) and team meetings in Brevard

County as needed.

2. Prepare site DD's (30% complete) site construction drawings for the purposes of client review and

preliminary construction pricing.

3. Provide 30% cost estimate.

4. Provide PDF format electronic files for client review.

Task No. 2: Construction Documents (100% CD's)

1. Provide 100% signed and sealed CD's based on client comments and input, reports, calculations,

modeling and specifications for site permitting, client review, and for bidding.

2. On-site inspection to review final plans.

3. Provide 100% cost estimate.

4. Provide PDF format electronic files for bidding.

Task No. 3: Landscaping/Irrigation Construction Documents (LCD's)

1. Provide 100% signed and sealed landscaping and irrigation (LCD's) for all green space within the

project area, client review, and for bidding.

2. Provide 30% and 100% cost estimates.

3. Provide PDF format electronic files for bidding.

Task No. 4: Survey Update

1. Provide minimum updated survey by a sub-consultant for the project area. The previous survey

will be utilized but updated to save survey costs.

Task No. 5: Geotechnical Investigation

1. Provide minimum geotechnical investigation for the design and permitting of the parking lot

expansions including summary report with recommendations.

Task No. 6: Civil Engineering Site Permitting

1. Prepare all site permit applications and fees. Attend pre-application meetings with the

CPA and FDEP stormwater.

2. Site plan and landscape/irrigation permitting through the CPA.

3. Erosion/sediment control permitting through the CPA and FDEP.

4. Storm water treatment revision and permitting through the CPA and FDEP.

Task No. 7: Site Electrical and Lighting

1. Complete site visit to verify existing conditions.

2. Lighting Photometrics for proposed parking lot.

3. Exterior electrical plan, for connections to site lighting and on site equipment.

4. Lighting fixtures schedules, controls, details, etc.

5. Provide new electrical service to feed site lighting, gates, and parking pay stations.

Task No. 8: Site Communications and CCTV (Premier Engineering Group sub-consultant)

1. Provide engineering for new site underground communications.

2. Provide engineering for new CCTV Cameras and gate control area

Task No. 9: Construction Services

1. City and state site permits will require a final site inspection, review of as-built drawings, and a

signed and sealed site permit certifications that vary per agency of jurisdiction at an absolute minimum.

2. Review of shop drawings and RFI's.

3. Inspections by CEG only as requested by the client during construction.

Task No. 10: Add Alternative for Attendance of Design Review Meetings

1. CEG civil will cover all team meeting including kick-off, 30%, 90% and pre-construction.
