Red Rider passes are strictly for use by the person named on the pass only. Valid for up to a maximum of 10 return trips per annum and all 10 trips must be used by the pass holder. Red Rider passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. A limited quantity of Red Rider annual passes are available each year and strictly limited to one pass per person per annum. Red Rider is valid for ferry trips and 25% discount on add-ons including bike freight, bike hire, luggage and on-island tours. Valid on all standard days and includes both same day, and extended stay return ferry journeys departing from B-Shed and Northport terminals, subject to availability. Valid for one-way bookings, tickets must be collected from the mainland (B-Shed and Northport terminals) as there is not a Rottnest Express office on the island. All one-way bookings must be made in person or by calling our reservations team on 1300 467 688. Red Rider passes are valid for a 12-month period from date of issue. Pre-bookings are essential and subject to availability. A Red Rider pass is not a guarantee of seat availability. proof of ID with address will be requested. A Rottnest Island Admission fee ($19.00 same day return/$25.00 for extended stay) is payable per trip and is payable at time of booking. The Rottnest Island Admission fee may change at the discretion of the Rottnest Island Authority. Red Rider pass is valid for use in conjunction with the Rottnest Express Quokka Club. To add Quokka Club members to Red Rider bookings, you will need to call through to our reservations team on 1300 467 688. If lost, replacement passes can be issued at a cost of $10. Red Rider passes can be cancelled immediately (without refund) if there is any failure by holders to comply with any of the conditions of travel.

Please note: As a condition of travel, Rottnest Express reserves the right to request presentation of your Red Rider pass at any point on

your Rottnest Express journey, and subsequent additional ID may be requested if our staff believe the pass is being intentionally misused.

This can result in immediate cancellation of your Rottnest Express Red Rider Pass without refund.

Once you have been issued with your Red Rider Annual Pass making a booking is easy! You can book quickly and easily online by following these simple steps:

Rottnest Island is an A Class Reserve and requires each visitor to pay the Island Admission fee. This fee is currently $19.00 for same day return or $25.00 for extended return and will be displayed at the end of the booking summary. Once payment for the Rottnest Island Admission fee is made with credit card, you will be provided with a reference number however, no tickets or confirmation will be emailed. On the day of travel, present your Red Rider Pass at our check in counter and the boarding passes will be issued ready for boarding. Please note that if you wish to add Quokka Club members to your booking, you can do so by calling us on 1300 467 688 and simply let our Reservations Team know you are a Red Rider holder wishing to make a booking with Quokka Club. You will need to quote your unique Red Rider membership number, which can be found on the front of your Red Rider pass. Bookings must be made in advance for Red Rider journeys and are subject to seat availability - we recommend booking early for event days or peak periods. What's left to do?
