Install the Gateway's battery. To open or secure the battery compartment cover, use the screwdriver (included in the packaging) to loosen or tighten the scr ews. (Refer to the following "Battery Installation Guide" segment for further battery installation instructions.) Plug the power adapter into your wall power outlet and connect the power cable to the Gateway's power port. Then, switch the power to ON.
