1.1. Starting Application

To start the AHA! Solar Jharkhand application follow the steps given below:

1. Step͗ Visit Google Play Store and download ͞AHA Solar" (Link͗ http://bit.ly/2xen4k4).

2. Click on this icon on the application menu of your smartphone.

3. On clicking the AHA Solar icon, the application starts and displays ͞Login Page". The Login

Page contains the following options:

a. Sign In b. Forgot Password c. Sign-up to Register.

1.2. Registration

To register with AHA͊ Solar Jharkhand application, follow the steps giǀen below"

1. Start the AHASolar application.

2. On starting the application the Login page is displayed.

3. Click the SignUp link on the Login Page.

4. Upon Clicking the ͞Sign Up", enter the credentials like Full Name, Email Id, Password, and

Mobile No.

5. Select Jharkhand from ͞Select State" for the customized eǆperience and the best results

pertaining to your state. For Example, if a user selects ͞Jharkhand", the user will get

customized experience in terms of empaneled installers, state specific policies and other updates for Jharkhand state. Howeǀer, this doesn't restricts the user to use the AHA͊Solar application at any other location across India.

6. This page has the following input fields, where the information is to be entered for

registration: a. Full Name b. Email ID c. Mobile No. (Kindly provide working email Id and mobile as the user will receive an

One Time Password to proceed)

d. Password e. State f. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

7. After filling the above details, click on the SignUp button.

8. The Application validates the information and the user receives OTP at the registered email Id

and mobile no. The user shall enter the OTP in the application to complete the registration process. Upon successful registration, the User receives a Welcome Email from AHA! Solar Team.

1.3. Apply Online

This is the functionality to allow the User to proceed further with installation. Once the User is done

with the estimation and identifying the installer, the User can apply to JREDA and DisCom for Rooftop

PV system as per the norms of Solar Policy and Net-metering regulation of Jharkhand.

1. Click on the Apply Online icon

2. Select State (It will be pre-selected as per the Home State of Profile)

3. Select Installers from the drop-down menu

4. Press Bullet Button to proceed further and once done Click on ͞Next".

1.4. Customer Login on AHA!Solar Online Platform

1. Customer Login is for the Individual or Professional users. The login credentials for these

logins shall be created through the App only. However, using the same credentials the User can avail all the data of app in the web portal.

2. Go to www.ahasolar.in

3. Click on Customer Login

4. Member Login has two fields

a. Email b. Password

5. The Email ID and the Password provided by the Administrator is to be entered in the Login

Page and Click on ͞LOGIN".
