Clearing cache using both Internet Options and F12 Developer Tools in IE11

1. Check to see if you are on Internet Explorer 11.

2. Close ALL other Internet Explorer windows and tabs. This includes windows and tabs for web based

applications that you may use. Anything in your taskbar that has the Internet Explorer logo. a. Tabs: b. Other windows:

3. Once you are down to just one window with one tab, open the Tools menu. If your Tools menu is not

visible press the Alt key.

4. Scroll down to select Internet Options.

5. Go to Browsing History and Click Delete.

6. A new window opens up. Make sure the Preserve Favorites website data is unchecked and the rest

7. The Delete Browsing History window should close and you should see the internet options window

again, which you can now close. Click OK.

8. Go back to the Tools menu. Scroll down to select F12 Developer Tools.

9. The Developer Tools section should display.

10. Navigate to the Network tab. Depending on your operating system, you may see slightly different
