LINE MAINTENANCE PRICE LIST 2018-2019

ENGINE CHANGE AND RUN UP

A320 (CFM) and B737 (CFM) engine change fixed price in ZRH and GVA - 38'000 CHF SR Technics shall perform the engine change(s) in accordance with the customer supplied AMM:

This includes:

Removal and replacement of one engine

Removal and re-installation of the engine nose cowl Any other component swap will be charged at the additional man hour rate

All tooling required

Post installation function checks IAW AMM (use of the silencers for two low power run ups is included

in the fixed price)

Certification of the above work performed

A320 (CFM) and B737 (CFM) engine run up fixed price in ZRH and GVA - 5'000 CHF

SR Technics shall provide necessary infrastructure and tooling limited to the engine change, aircraft towing

(limited to 6 events) as well as the usage of the hangar for 40 hours shall be included in the fixed price.

Whatever is not included (such as but not limited to engine de-preservation and preparation, additional

aircraft moves, any component removal and reinstallation from the engines off to the engines on, usage

of engine stands, any consumables or expendables) shall be provided by the customer or charged on

a time and material basis. SR Technics accepts no liability for the confirmation of the engines being

secured on lorries for transport before shipping. The customer shall ensure they are satisfied with the

load being secured. Note: The exact scope needs to be defined per SR Technics accepted work-order by the customer. Please note any line maintenance services or material (herafter "Services") is subject SR Technics' capacity and availability. Therefore, please also assess our line maintenance capability list for the local capabilities available. For all other aircraft types not included in this price list but listed in the line maintenance capability list, a price will be provided after evaluation of checklist and capacity. The Standard Ground Handling Agreement version 2008 as published in the IATA Airport Handling Manual (hereafter "SGHA") shall apply to any Services. For Services to be rendered by SR Technics, the Customer shall issue a purchase order prior to commencement of Services. The purchase order shall incorporate the SGHA and this price list by reference. Any deviating terms will only be binding upon SR Technics if SR Technics agrees to such terms in writing.

SR Technics will return parts EXW "SR Technics respective line station" (Incoterms 2010), but unpacked, without shipping documentation or dangerous goods classification. Any packing, documentation or dangerous goods classification is under the responsibility of the Carrier or its appointed freight forwarder. For the avoidance of doubt, the Carrier's freight forwarder will pick-up the material from the Handling Company's line station airside. 13. The daily engineer rates apply on a door-to-door basis. Duty time is based on eight (8) hours per day. Partial days will be charged as full days. Traveling time, work preparation and waiting time in case the Aircraft is not available are considered as duty time.
