identified that servicing and/or repairing one's vehicle usually comes as an unexpected expense. It is not something that one usually accounts for. We have understood this and have come up with ways to assist our customers in making sure that they can afford to keep their cars on the road and in a safe operating condition.

We offer 2 different types of payment plans

. There is the premium for the service requirements for their Each plan is tailor made per vehicle thus tailoring to the specific service requirements at the time. We also have a 6-month credit facility where we offer customers an amount of credit that can be redeemed in any of the workshops at any time and gets debited over a period of 6 months. This differs from the service plan, as the amount of credit issued to the customer can be used however the customer sees fit on their vehicle within the Samuels

Service Centre network.

Samuels Service Centre is also on many of the extended warranty and extended motor plan panels. We are able to do jobs for many of these companies.
