Immigration applications ServiceThe preparation and submission of immigration applications under the following categories:

Tier 1

Tier 2

Settlement

British Citizenship

Fee information The anticipated fees for the services would be in the region of:

Tier 1 - £7,000 - £30,000*

Tier 2 - £500 - £10,000

en-GBSettlement - £3,000 - £8,000

British Citizenship - £2,000 - £8,000

*The anticipated fees for Tier 1 are wide ranging due to this category including several subcategories (such as Tier 1 Investor,

Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Tier 1 Exceptional Talent). Our services under a Tier 1 application will therefore vary depending on

which precise services we are providing. Further details will be provided in relation to which services each application would

require at the outset of any instruction. The fees exclude VAT and disbursements. Fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

Disbursements are costs that we may need to incur in relation to making payments to another organisation in order to

complete your application. For example a fee that is payable for a visa application. Details of anticipated disbursements are set

out in further detail below.

Basis of feesIn the majority of cases, we would look to agree fees on a fixed fee basis. Where this is not practicable, fees would be charged in

accordance with our hourly rates and a fee estimate would be agreed. The fee estimate would be provided taking into account the

facts of the individual instruction.

Description of

services

Services included within the fee estimate:

Taking instructions from the client;• Providing advice letter and list of supporting documents; Assisting with the collation of documents in support of the visa application; Completing the visa application form for client's review; Liaising with relevant third parties and the UK Visas and Immigration on behalf of the client; Providing submissions in support of the application;

General case preparation/management

Providing post visa grant advice and assistance; and • Reporting to the client.

TimescalesThe likely timescales are dependent on (i) the application type, (ii) individual circumstances of each application, and (iii) the

visa expiry date.

We aim for a turnaround of four weeks for straightforward applications (which would be an application where there are no

additional complexities or complications) and, depending on the circumstances, a longer period of time (potentially a few

months) for complex applications. We would advise on the anticipated time frame for each individual instruction at the outset

and would confirm if an application was considered as complex.

Please note that the time frame within which the application can be completed is dependent on the timely provision of the

relevant information by the client.

The UK Visas and Immigration department have set processing times based on the type of the application and method of

submission: https://www.gov.uk/visa-processing-times

Experience and

qualifications

The immigration team is made up of both solicitors and paralegals. The completion of application forms and related documentation (such as submission letters and advice notes) is undertaken by Associates and Senior Associates, this would

then be reviewed by a Senior Associate, Manager or Senior Manager.

DisbursementsThe main disbursement for each application would be in relation to the payment of the UK Visas and Immigration fees, the actual

cost of this disbursement would depend on the application type. A list of the applicable immigration fees is available on the UK

Visas and Immigration website: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table

Disbursements may include courier fees and translation fees. These would be quoted for in each individual matter and

agreed before proceeding.quotesdbs_dbs19.pdfusesText_25
