The SABIC Early Career Program (ECP) is an early

development program for our new graduate professionals, with the aim of building a foundation of expertise for our business through a combination of diverse

assignments, rotations and focused development.The various ECP programs vary in length from 1 year to 2 years

and are split into 6 month rotations in the key areas of the function in which a graduate works. Graduates are exposed to a range of experiences such as on the job training, formal learning and development courses, coaching, and informal mentoring. In

addition to robust work assignments and networking opportunities. We have more than 60 world class manufacturing

and compounding plants in locations across the

Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

We specialise in a vast array of products

including chemicals, polymers, specialty plastics and chemicals, fertilizers and metals.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Education

• A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline

Background and Experience

(Preferred) • Candidates who participated in a SABIC technical internship, student exchange program, coop, scholarship, etc. have a distinct advantage • Functional skills and a broad understanding in his/ her field of study.

• Experience of SABIC or a related industry

Extra-Curricular Experience

• Demonstrate drive for accomplishment through participation in extracurricular activities (student bodies, government, clubs, sports, coaching, tutoring, community involvement, volunteering).

Language

• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

• Local market language is preferred.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet

Passion and Commitment

• A strong passion for the Chemical Industry with a desire to make a difference, be a change agent, learn continuously and drive for results. • Looking for a long term career path within SABIC.
