INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING THE ZIP FILES

1. First create a folder on your C:\ drive labeled "CommunityFlu" a. Click on the "Start" command located at the bottom of the computer screen and select "My Computer" and then double click on "Local Disk (C:) b.

Click on the "File" command in the upper left hand corner of the screen and select "New" and then "Folder"

c. Name the new folder "CommunityFlu" *Note: The label must be exact, as the program reads from and writes to this folder 2. Click the Download CommunityFlu 1.0 link found on the page. Download CommunityFlu 1.0 software (Zipped file size: 1.46 MB)

3. When prompted, the user must click "Open" to download all the files in

the zip drive and select the CommunityFlu folder. 4. Once all the files appear, the user must select the File command in the upper left corner of the screen and choose "Extract All". *Note: Microsoft Vista and newer Microsoft Applications may differ slightly, please consult your Microsoft Technical Manual for assistance with opening zipped folders and other downloadable files. 5.
