2. During the Promotion Period, cardholders must make a hotel booking through the
designated website www.expedia.com.hk/bocsale operated by Expedia (the "Merchant") by entering the designated promo code on the checkout page and the accommodation must be completed on or before 31 January 2019 to enjoy the offer.
3. Offer of on Hotel bookings and Cash Rebate
can only be used for once only per transaction and is applicable to reservations of one room only. With multiple-room bookings, only one room booking can enjoy the discount. Maximum discount per transaction is HK$500.
4. Offers apply to hotel-only bookings through the designated website (not applicable to
bookings of hotel rooms combined with any other items, e.g. flights or car rental).
5. Offers can only be used for pre-paid and pay in full at the time of booking (which are fully
paid, in HKD, to Expedia), and do not apply in the case of bookings which are paid at the destination.
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and carry no monetary
value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts and are not transferrable.
7. Hotel booking offers do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or administration fees.
8. Confirmation of all offers is subject to the final hotel room availability and subject to

3. Each eligible cardholder (counted by the number of Identity Proof) is entitled to enjoy the
cash rebate once during the entire Promotion Period.
4. If the quota of "15% off on Hotel Bookings" is full, the promo

6. If a non-eligible cardholder enters the promo code for cash rebate redemption on the

7. If the payment of hotel booking is refunded, the relevant cash rebate redemption request
will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Otherwise, the relevant cash rebate redemption cannot be amended or reversed.
8. The required Gift Points will be deducted from the card account during the period of 11 to
15 March 2019 (the Gift Points Deduction Period), with which the eligible cardholder has
made the relevant transaction. During the Gift Points Deduction Period, eligible cardholders must have sufficient required Gifts Points in the account every day. If the eligible redemption request will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
9. Record(s) for using will be provided by the Merchant. After
verification with the computer system of the Company, cash rebate will be credited to the relevant eligible main card account on or before 31 March 2019. The record(s) of the Merchant and the Company should be final and conclusive.
10. Un-posted/cancelled/refunded (the entire amount) transactions and transactions that are
found fraudulent or eventually cancelled/ refunded will be considered ineligible.
11. The card account of eligible cardholder must be valid during the Promotion Period and at
the time the cash rebate is given. The cash rebate cannot be converted into cash and is not transferrable either to third parties or any other accounts held by the eligible cardholder. Any cash rebate credited can be used to offset the balance of the related credit card account only.
