Eligibility

1. United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (271809-K) (͞UOBM") Cards Expedia Promotion (͞Promotion") is open

to all eligible principal and supplementary UOBM Credit and/or Debit Cardmembers (͞Cardmembers")

whose account(s) are current, valid, subsisting and in good credit standing as may be determined by UOBM

at its sole and absolute discretion.

2. The Promotion is only applicable to UOBM Credit and/or Debit Cards issued in Malaysia.

3. The following shall not be eligible for the Promotion:-

a. All UOBM Corporate, Purchasing and Private Label Cardmembers; b. Cardmembers whose account(s) are terminated, suspended or cancelled within the Promotion Period; c. Any accounts held with UOBM that are delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by

order to enjoy the Discounts. For avoidance of doubt, this Discount can only be used by a Cardmember

making a booking directly on the Website, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or

intermediary.

10. Cardmember is required to enter and apply promo code UOBEXPMY18 to enjoy the Discount at the

11. The promo code cannot be redeemed against flight only, car only, package (flight+hotel) or hotel only

12. If the Cardmembers choose the option (if any) to pay for the qualifying booking directly upon the

completion of his/her stay, and not upfront at the time of booking, the Discount will not be valid.

13. The Discount is not transferable and not valid with Eǆpedia's other discount coupons, vouchers, promotions

or special offers.

14. The Discount cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties,

administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Cardholders.

15. The Discount cannot be used for any booking previously made or any prior bookings made without the

promo code and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. If booking is

amended in any way after the use of the Discount, including (without limitation) amendments to stay dates,

dates inclusive), unless otherwise varied by Organiser in its discretion, for travel period from 15 September

2017 to 31 March 2019.

22. Discount is valid for bookings with minimum of 2 nights stay.

23. All payments must be made with a UOBM Credit and/or Debit Card to in order to enjoy the Discounts.

24. Flight + hotel bookings are required to be made through Website and must be pre-paid at the time of

booking in order to enjoy the Discounts. For avoidance of doubt, this Discount can only be used by a Cardmember making a booking directly on the Website, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
