This form is for Spanish proficiency testing only. Passing the SPT fulfills the Foreign Language Graduation Requirement

for Sacramento State. Testing in all other languages requires a separate form, available in MRP 2051 or www.csus.edu/wll. The SPT is given in a group setting. All test dates are on Fridays from 3PM to 4:30PM. You may only take the SPT once.

You will receive email notice of your results and the University Registrar will be notified. This process may take up to eight

weeks. You may check your status in your Student Center under "Academic Requirements." Please check with the World

Languages & Literatures office before registration for test dates and availability.

Section 1: Instructions to Students

1. Complete this form and pay the $25 testing fee to the Bursar's Office in Lassen Hall 1001.

2. Return this form with the fee stamp to Mariposa Hall 2051 and select your test date & time. If

your desired test date is not available you may be added to the waitlist - space is limited. Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.

3. This form will be kept as a record of attendance on the exam date and your results received. Keep

a copy of this form for your records.

4. You must bring two forms of ID to be admitted. Any unauthorized electronic devices or outside

materials used during the test will result in immediate dismissal and all results will be nullified.
