Adobe Creative Cloud via the USG Technology Store

As students in the communications department, you have been given access to the Adobe Creative Cloud

Suite. Upon setting up an account at the USG Technology Store website, you may place an order for Adobe

Creative Cloud and be provided a download link and product key that you will use to install your product(s). Please be aware that the link to access the software will expire after 30 days upon ordering the software.

Note: The Creative Cloud software will be active for 1 year starting from when you place your order.

Creating a USG Technology Store Account

Prior to ordering Adobe Creative Cloud, you will need to create an account ǀia USG's Technology Store. If you

already have a USG Technology Store account, you may proceed to the next section Ordering Adobe Creative

Cloud. Otherwise, the following section explains how to setup a Technology Store account:

1. In a web browser, navigate to

t h e USG T ech n o log y St or e at http://techstore.usg.edu.

2. Under New Customer, type your First and Last Name (See Figure 1).

3. Type your KSU student email address in the Email Address field (See Figure 1).

4. Type your preferred password into the Password and Re-Enter Password fields.

5. Select your department from the Departments drop-down (See Figure 3).

6. Set your customer category as Students (See Figure 3).

7. Fill out the remaining requirements, and then click Create Account.

Ordering Adobe Creative Cloud

Because Adobe Creative Cloud is a digital subscription, you will receive the download license link in an email

upon placing your order. Note: The download license link is only active for 30 days after purchase.

1. In an Internet browser, navigate to http://techstore.usg.edu.

2. Under Returning Customer, type your KSU student email address and password (See Figure 5).

3. Click Sign In (See Figure 5).

4. You will be logged into the Technology Store. Under Home Store Products, click Category.

5. Click Adobe from the Category page.

6. Click Creative Cloud For KSU Students Only.

7. You will be taken to the Creative Cloud for KSU Students Only page. Under Terms and Conditions, Place

a check by If you are in compliance, check the checkbox.

8. Click Add To Cart.

9. A dialogue box appears. Click OK to proceed.

10. Your order will be added to the shopping cart. To proceed, click Proceed to Checkout.

11. The Checkout page loads. Follow the prompts to fill out your shipping address, and then click Continue.

Note: Because Adobe Creative Cloud is a digital license, the delivery method will be Send Email Only then click

Continue.

12. The final confirmation page loads. Check and confirm the details of the order, then click Submit. The

Order Confirmation Page loads.

13. A confirmation email will arrive in the email inbox associated with your account. Instructions for

installing Adobe Creative Cloud, as the license key, are included in the email.
