Los principales objetivos de Riesgo Operativo incluyen como mínimo: Integrar una estructura organizativa que promueva la administración adecuada del riesgo operativo, Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas internas y externas, Identificar los cambios en los controles y los factores de riesgo operativo, Impulsar a todos los niveles de la organización la cultura en materia de riesgo operativo, Prevenir la pérdida de recursos monetarios, mediante la debida y permanente identificación y control de los riesgos asociados. Actualización constante en materia de procedimientos y factores de riesgo que puedan afectar sus flujos.

Principales logros alcanzados:

En la Gestión de Riesgo del Grupo Unibank, contamos con una herramienta tecnológica para gestionar el Riesgo Operativo llamada Amahard, la cual permite la identificación, medición, mitigación y seguimiento de los eventos e incidencias de riesgo operativo, para cuantificarlos, tomar las medidas correctivas y formular los planes de acción para evitar la posible recurrencia de los mismos. Adicional, para concientizar al Grupo Unibank e la gestión del Riesgo Operativo se han designado Gestores de Riesgo por área, los cuales tienen como funciones las siguientes: Participar activamente en la implementación del marco de Gestión de Riesgo
