At the Department of Biomedicine, education and research center on the biological mechanisms of human health and disease.
We investigate molecular disease mechanisms and use our knowledge to develop new diagnostic tools and therapies.

What is Bergen Biomedical Research School?

The Bergen Biomedical Research School is the research school at the Department of Biomedicine.
We provide a local arena where young researchers can socialise, build a research network, and exchange ideas.
At monthly seminars, our PhD candidates present and discuss their own research.
