Community health worker notes

The Employee Handbook is designed to acquaint you with the policies and procedures as a Community Health Worker (CHW).
This will provide you with information about working conditions and policies affecting your employment.
The information contained in this Employee Handbook applies to all CHWs currently employed in Nevada.
