Community health pendleton

To do this we work with a number of charities and organisations including:

Pendle Community Hospital in Nelson provides in-patient intermediate care and medical beds.
The hospital comprises of three wards each accommodating up to 24 patients.
The hospital provides medical and nursing care for people with long-term conditions and a rehabilitation service for people following illness or injury.

The mental health clinic also works closely with tertiary mental health services onboard Camp Pendleton such as:

Services offered by Pendleton Medical Centre are Baby clinic with health visitor, Primary care counselling service, Drug and alcohol Services, Learning disability health check and others.
Pendleton Medical Centre GP has total 4171 registered patients, out of this there are 2006 female registered patients and 2165 male registered patients.

Pendleton Health & Rehabilitation Center is a nursing home located in Mystic that offers nursing home care

Nursing home facilities that receive funding from Medicaid & Medicare typically update their total beds available and residents currently occupying those beds

The mental health clinic also works closely with tertiary mental health services onboard Camp Pendleton such as the Community Counseling Center (CCC) and the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) to ensure a smooth transition between services and the best overall care of our active duty members
