According to the Federal Decree-Law no. 33, it is mandatory for the employer to provide the employee with all payable dues including benefits, final settlements, etc, within 14 days after their contract has ended.
Either party can singly terminate a limited (fixed-term) contract. In unlimited contracts, both employer and employee must agree to terminate the contract.
